Carolina Nationals

Hoo Wee! The South Carolina Nationals were AWESOME!

Sami Colling raced some great competition and her best results were on Friday where she beat out a 13 year old to make the main event in her 13-14 Mixed Open, finishing 3rd in that main and 7th in 11 Girls. Sami’s performance was spot on and watching her shoot out of the gate on that large start hill, peddling her butt off, and holding her lines in the corners makes us very proud of her efforts.

Great job Sami!

Andrew Colling is moving so fast! His greatest accomplishments where the 11-12 Opens where he came in first on Friday during the pre-race, and making his FIRST US National main event on Saturday finishing 6th.

Andrew crashed on Sunday during his 12 Expert race which was upsetting as he was in the lead and going to make the quarters. But even with his injuries he managed to pull off a 7th place finish in his open main.

Great effort and attitude Andrew!

A special thank you to Cassie Crash Hay for working with the kids and helping them adapt to a new gear and improving their gate starts. We appreciated your company and experience this weekend 😊

As always, visiting a new track and hanging out with our BMX family was the best part of the weekend. We will see you all again real soon!
